A word of caution about the adverse effects

There are certain medications which, although are quite beneficial in treating certain conditions, have adverse effects that are something that restrict their use. Prolonged use of the drug has shown hepatic involvement with problems like hepatitis reported.
The serious adverse reactions

It has been known to have reactions with anticoagulants, insulin and other medications meant for diabetes. Winstrol should also be avoided if you are planning pregnancy or are pregnant since the drug can cause congenital anomalies in the fetus.

While it is true that Winstrol is associated with some serious reactions that must be kept in mind, another important fact is that it is found to be quite effective in relieving the symptoms of angioedema. Therefore, this is a choice that you would have to make. Undergo extensive discussions with your doctor and then come to a conclusion. An alternative would be to start the medication and then keep a close eye on any adverse effects that might occur. In that case, you would be able to take prompt action.
